WHAT ELSE?
- PRO-WASH & SCALE - The new USAID/BHA funded 4 year activity Practice, Research, and Operations in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene and Strengthening Capacity in Agriculture, Livelihoods, and Environment (PRO-WASH & SCALE) is working on WASH, integrated water resource management, agriculture, natural resource management, markets, and livelihoods.
Capacity Strengthening and Localization, Applied Research, Adaptation, and Knowledge Management, and Coordination and Collaboration are its main pillars. In addition to the partners that collaborated in previous projects, they are looking forward to connecting with even more practitioners, researchers, thought leaders, and idealists working in this space! - Funding opportunity - The Box Impact Fund will award a total of $150K to six different nonprofits pursuing digital transformation projects in crisis response, child welfare, or the environment. Each selected organization will receive a $25K grant to put towards expanding their tech capacities, with a goal to implement new systems in the field or improve infrastructure projects. More details are available on their website, including eligibility guidelines, application information, and evaluation criteria. The deadline to apply is November 8, 2023, with grantees announced in February 2024.
