A devastating 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck southeast Türkiye in the early hours of 6 February, followed by several aftershocks, killing thousands and injuring many more in the region, as well as in bordering Syria. Hi Skybirds! My name is Peter Nyamoko Mamburi.

I am a water, sanitation and hygiene, WASH expert with over 14 years of experience in integrated WASH programmes in humanitarian, transitional and developmental contexts. I hold an undergraduate degree in water and environmental engineering and a Master’s degree in Project planning and management. Currently finalizing my research dissertation for a Master’s degree in Water and Environmental Management.
